We’ve all heard the phrase “life is short,” but the truth is, the experience of living—day by day—is often the longest and most complex journey we walk. At times, it can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or disconnected from the life we imagined. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of those moments.

In our work together, I focus on helping you better understand your patterns, make sense of your reactions, and reconnect with what matters most to you. This often includes gently exploring not just your thoughts, but how your experiences show up emotionally and physically, helping you cultivate a deep awareness of your whole self. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, creating space for clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change over time.

My approach grounds in the therapeutic relationship and the belief that therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and understood—not analyzed or judged. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, curious, and even uncertain, while still feeling grounded and supported.

You don’t have to come in with the right words—we can figure it out together. Therapy can offer a space to pause, gain clarity, and begin moving in a direction that feels more aligned and sustainable. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
