Lilynn Custodio

Graduate Counseling Intern

Sometimes life feels confusing, lonely, or just plain heavy. You might be having trouble at school or work, feeling unsure about who you are, or wondering what really gives your life meaning. Whatever brings you here, Lilynn believes therapy can be a safe place to explore, heal, and grow.

She approaches her work with genuine curiosity and compassion, understanding that even behaviors that don’t seem helpful often make sense when we look a little deeper. There’s always more going on beneath the surface, and Lilynn wants to help clients uncover those layers with kindness and understanding.

Lilynn believes that caring for your mental health early—before things start to feel unmanageable—can make all the difference. Sometimes, reaching out for support when challenges first appear is one of the most powerful steps toward long-term well-being.

She has always been drawn to helping people nurture their mental health at every age and stage of life. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they discover their own strength, make meaningful choices, and feel empowered in their lives.

Lilynn is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, under the supervision of Lance David, MA LCPC.
